- Quality Standards: URJA commits to delivering services in accordance with industry best practices and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Force Majeure: URJA shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Invoices are due and payable within the period specified in the service contract
- Late payments may attract interest charges as stipulated in the contract
- URJA reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Any disputes regarding invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt
Please note: Quotes provided on our website or via email are indicative only and are subject to a formal site assessment before a final price is confirmed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, URJA shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services or website
- Loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
- Damages resulting from the client's failure to fulfil obligations under the service agreement
- Pre-existing damage to client property not documented prior to service commencement
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to URJA in the three months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Please note: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and the overall design, is the exclusive property of URJA Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the contract. In general:
- Termination for convenience requires written notice as per the agreed notice period (typically 30 days)
- Either party may terminate immediately for material breach that remains uncured after a written notice period of 14 days
- Upon termination, the client is liable for all fees accrued up to the termination date
- URJA reserves the right to terminate website access for users who violate these Terms and Conditions
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations before initiating formal legal proceedings.
